This Policy explains the information OLANVIR processes to provide the service and the choices available to signed-in customers.
OLANVIR may process your name, verified email, account settings, legal acceptance records, support messages, source links and uploaded content, clip instructions and outputs, connected-account identifiers and access tokens, posting activity, performance analytics, reward-program data, device and service logs, and transaction identifiers. Stripe handles full payment-card details; OLANVIR does not receive or store your full card number.
Information is used to authenticate you, operate and secure OLANVIR, create clips, provide previews and schedules, connect services you choose, send service notifications, maintain the Video Log, calculate analytics, support billing, prevent fraud and duplicate processing, respond to support, and comply with legal obligations. Optional marketing is controlled by a separate opt-in.
OLANVIR uses provider authorization screens when available. If a supported service requires a reusable API key or bot token, OLANVIR stores an AES-256-GCM encrypted copy in a hosted cloud credential vault so approved background work can continue while your device is off. The vault is not on the business owner’s personal computer. Connection status can appear in the dashboard, but stored secret values are not returned there. Disconnecting removes OLANVIR’s copy; revoke the original at the provider too.
Information is disclosed only as needed to providers that support hosting, storage, rendering, authentication, payment processing, communications, analytics, security, and the third-party accounts you choose to connect. Those third-party services process information under their own policies. OLANVIR does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
OLANVIR keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Agreement records are retained for the period required to prove consent. Security controls include encrypted credential storage, a separate vault key, account-scoped access, rate limits, no-store responses for sensitive routes, and credential-free security audit events. No online service can promise zero risk.
You can change preferences, disable desktop notifications on each device, disconnect supported accounts, cancel billing online, and request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights that apply where you live. Submit a request through the signed-in Help Center so OLANVIR can verify the account. Some records may be retained where legally required.
OLANVIR is for adults at least 18 years old. Material changes will be shown with a new policy version and presented for acknowledgment when required.
