These Terms govern access to OLANVIR. By creating an account, checking the agreement box, or using OLANVIR, you agree to them electronically. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
OLANVIR provides tools for discovering potential content opportunities, preparing short-form clips, captions, schedules, analytics, notifications, and supported account connections. AI output and third-party data can be incomplete or wrong. OLANVIR does not guarantee clip quality, platform acceptance, views, audience growth, rewards-program approval, revenue, or earnings.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give OLANVIR the limited permission needed to process, store, transform, preview, schedule, and—only when enabled—publish that content for you. You must own or have permission to use every source, account, logo, image, audio track, caption, and other asset. You are responsible for campaign rules, disclosures, music rights, platform policies, and the final content you approve.
OLANVIR offers Recommend only, Create after approval, and Schedule approved controls. Rights, eligibility, and safety checks remain in place, but automated checks are not legal clearance. Preview before posting can be enabled. Censor Friendly attempts to detect and bleep likely curse words and can clean matching captions, but it may miss language or context; review is required when exact censorship matters.
Social platforms, payment providers, Telegram, ClickBank, and Content Rewards programs are separate services with their own terms, approvals, limits, availability, and fees. You authorize OLANVIR to use the access you connect only for supported functions. Protected steps such as passwords, CAPTCHAs, identity checks, rights confirmations, billing changes, and final provider approvals remain yours.
Monthly plans renew at the price shown at signup until canceled. The recurring charge is presented separately before checkout. Cancel online through Manage Billing to stop future renewals. Pay-as-you-go blocks do not automatically top up. The free Test Drive requires no card. A first paid OLANVIR subscription may be refunded when requested within seven days of its first charge; access ends when the refund is issued. Limited-time Priority Care expires after one year without an automatic charge and may be purchased separately afterward.
Do not use OLANVIR to infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, evade platform protections, scrape prohibited data, spread malware, abuse reward programs, or gain unauthorized access. OLANVIR may pause or terminate access needed to prevent harm, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Keep your sign-in and provider accounts secure. OLANVIR uses provider authorization when available and a hosted encrypted credential vault when a supported service requires a reusable key or token. You can disconnect OLANVIR’s copy and should revoke the original credential at the provider when access should end.
OLANVIR is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, pause, or remain unavailable while providers or safety gates are being tested. To the extent permitted by law, OLANVIR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from platform decisions, user content, third-party programs, or automated output. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Material updates will be identified by a new version date and presented for acceptance when required. Questions, cancellation help, privacy requests, and legal notices can be submitted through the signed-in Help Center.
